Frequently asked questions
To join Le PACK, dogs over 18 months must be neutered, and we cannot accept females in season.
During onboarding, we’ll ask for your dog’s vaccination records to ensure they’re up to date with Rabies, DHP, L4, and Kennel Cough. We’ll also assess your dog’s suitability for our environment. If all checks out, you’ll be invited to become a member.
To maintain membership, dogs must be dewormed every 3 months and treated for parasites monthly. If a vaccination is set to expire within a month of a booking, you’ll need to reschedule until it’s updated.
We really do love all dogs but we have found that some breeds can get over-stimulated when socializing in larger groups. Our playful giant breeds can also tend to forget their size and large presence when in our day care, especially when it comes to playing with their friends, which can unfortunately escalate and the risk is very high if this happens, to both dogs and our team.
As such, based on our current location, we are unable to accept the following breeds:
Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier (Amstaff), American Pit Bull Terrier (Pit Bull Terrier), XL Bully, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhounds, Irish Wolfhound, Leonberger, Mastiffs, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Scottish Deerhound, Siberian Husky, and Tibetan Mastiff.
It’s important to note that this applies specifically to our club. Many of these breeds may thrive in other day care settings or group walking environments. Our priority is the well-being of every dog, so we encourage you to explore different options and find the environment that best suits your dog’s individual needs.
No. Typically unused sessions do not roll over to the next month. For unusual circumstances, we can make an exception if you discuss with us in advance.
When you join Le PACK for the first time, the CHF 150 membership fee is waived. You’re free to cancel your membership at any time — just note that if you decide to rejoin the club later, the CHF 150 membership fee will apply.
Le PACK is a premium, members-only dog club and daycare offering a structured, cage-free daytime care focused on socialization, enrichment, and agility — all tailored to each dog’s needs and personality. Our services include:
Supervised full-day or half-day daycare
Two to three outdoor walks per day (Parc La Grange)
Enrichment games and cognitive activities
Small-group socialization
Educational workshops and light training
Optional extras like extended care, vet shuttle, and grooming drop-offs (coming soon)
As the club continues to grow, partnered services and members-only events will become available.
We are a members-only club so you will need to be a member in order to access any of our services. This approach ensures we can get to know every dog in our care, delivering exceptional service tailored to their needs. It also means our members enjoy convenient access to collective events and partnered services.
Yes. If you need to bring your dog more than two full-days per week, we can make a special program for you.
Absolutely. At Le PACK, your dog will always be under the attentive care of our certified educators and never left unattended. We maintain a strict maximum ratio of 5 dogs per educator to ensure each dog receives the attention and supervision they deserve.
At Le PACK, we carefully group dogs in their dedicated field by size and personality which helps to keep play styles aligned. However, if an altercation does occur, our expert team of dog educators are always on hand and trained to manage this quickly and effectively.
If deemed necessary based on staff observations, Le PACK will seek veterinary care for your pet. All associated costs will be the responsibility of the owner.
We do not prepare meals on site. However, we’re happy to serve meals provided by owners, as long as they’re clearly labeled. We also offer low-calorie, all-natural treats and enrichment snacks during the day with your consent. Please inform us of any special dietary needs during the onboarding process and appropriate measures will be taken accordingly.
